Any contract for purchases made through the shop.nkg-publications website will be with: Nina Glockner, Overamstelstraat 93, 1091TM Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been authorized Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will confirm your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The order confirmation email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Acceptance of the payment by Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.

Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will make every effort to ensure that books are in stock before taking payment. However, if Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you the account user, then we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications from your card will be re-credited to your account, Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will notify you by email at the address given by you when you submitted your order. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

delivery times & return policy
Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will post the goods ordered by you to the name and address you give Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications at the time you make your order. Books/items are shipped out from our studio in Amsterdam the latest 7 days after your order is accepted. Customers will receive a confirmation email once an order has been shipped. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution center.
All Euro prices displayed on the shop.nkg-publications website are inclusive of VAT. Under EU VAT legislation certain book items (such as audio books and ebooks) are not eligible for reduced-rate VAT and in those cases the standard VAT rate will apply.

Please note that webshop deliveries within Europe should take place within 30 days.

Therefore, if your order takes longer than indicated by Post NL, we kindly request your patience. Most packages do arrive. If after a reasonable time your package still did not arrive, please contact us and we will solve it the most convenient way for both.


Goods sold by Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications that are dispatched to addresses in the rest of the world are not subject to EU VAT, but may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

returns and replacements
If the goods shipped by Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications shall have no liability to you unless you notify Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications in writing to our contact address with a description of the problem within 14 days of the delivery of goods in question. If you do not receive goods that you have ordered within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications shall have no liability to you unless you notify Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications in writing at the Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications contact address of the problem within 60 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched out to you. Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications shall carry no liability for losses or damages arising from the transit of the goods, the delivery service, or as a result of an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

All sales are final, except in cases where incorrect or damaged items are received.
 In the event of a problem, items can be returned within 10 working days, provided they are in their original, new condition (with the exception of items returned that were already damaged upon receipt). Send us an email with your name, address, order ID and a description of the problem.
You will receive an answer from us with instructions within 5 working days. We accept no responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in transit.

If you notify a problem to Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications under this condition, Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications’s only obligation will be, at our own discretion, to make good on any shortage or non-delivery; to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.

Prior to any monetary refund or exchange of damaged or defective goods to be issued, goods must first be returned, at customers expense, along with original invoice/ order confirmation to: ATTN: Nina Glockner, n.k.g. publications, Overamstelstraat 93, 1091TM Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications under this condition and Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under the paragraph above.

Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

These terms and conditions, together with the current Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications website prices, delivery details and Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of Nina Glockner. In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications. Nina Glockner/n.k.g. publications shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

These terms and conditions are subject to the law of The Netherlands.
